Wray Crescent Open Space

Alongside the plans for the new Community Park Building, Islington Council is committed to improving the wider park and landscaping at Wray Crescent. We are committed to replace every tree we remove with four new trees, either in the area or near the park.

The project will be funded using Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) funding, allocated by Tollington ward councillors.

Next steps

• Thank you to everyone who took part in our survey. The results of the survey have been summarised in our new survey report.
• We are now developing the design proposals and plan to post them on this page in Autumn 2025.
• Construction estimated to be in Spring 2026.
