Improvements to St James Clerkenwell
We are committed to building a greener, healthier borough and improving our parks and green spaces for residents to use. Islington Council, supported by Clerkenwell ward councillors, is planning improvements to the St James play area.
Initial funding has been allocated for feasibility and consultation at St James. We want to hear your thoughts about the play area to understand how you currently use the space and what changes you would like to see in the future.
Please take a few moments to share your thoughts with via the survey at the bottom of this page.
The survey will remain open until Friday 12 December 2025.
Residents in the immediate area will have also received a letter with a survey.
Next Steps:
After the survey closes, we will use your feedback to create an initial concept design in the new year. This design will be further developed through ongoing community consultation and put forward for future funding consideration.
For updates on the project, please come back to this website or look out for posters around St James. You can also join our mailing list using the link to the right.
