Resident Service Improvement Group 1st Meeting

We're delighted to welcome our new members to the Resident Service Improvement Group (RSIG) following a successful recruitment campaign, we have appointed 5 council tenants and 3 leaseholders. We received a high level of interest from tenants and leaseholders across Islington, highlighting the growing commitment from residents to help shape and improve housing services.

Our new members recently attended their induction session, where they met existing members and Housing staff, learned more about RSIG's role, and began exploring priorities for the year ahead.

RSIG continues to play an important role in reviewing housing services, providing resident feedback, and influencing service improvements. We look forward to working together to ensure residents remain at the heart of decision-making.
