We're trialling out a new way to report repairs using WhatsApp and we'd love to hear what you think about it. Your feedback will help us see how well it is working and help us make improvements to this new service to make it easier for you to report repairs to us in future.

After a successful initial trial on three estates, the service is now available to all housing tenants. For now, you can only use it to report non-emergency repairs inside the home, but we’ll soon be adding communal repairs and other types of repairs.

This is part of lots of things we are doing to make online easier. It means you don’t have to wait on the phone or fill in an online form.
