Repairs WhatsApp

We're trialling out a new way to report repairs using WhatsApp and we'd love to hear what you think about it. Your feedback will help us make improvements before we offer the service to more people.

At the moment, only tenants at Kings Square estate can use it. But we plan to offer it to more tenants soon and include more types of repairs.

This is part of lots of things we are doing to improve our digital services. We want to improve your experience and make things easier and faster for you. It means you don’t have to wait on the phone or fill in an online form.
