Share your views on the revised design

Following our online survey and drop-in session in September 2025, we have made changes to our proposals for the green space on Cummings Estate. The new proposals divide the space into three areas, delivered in two phases. Phase 1 would create an active space (area 1) and a nature garden (area 2). Phase 2 would create the orchard (area 3).
