Thank you for the feedback so far on the changes we have made to online reporting of issues on streets in Islington, (e.g. overflowing bins, dog fouling),missed rubbish or recycling collections and how you order new recycling containers or bags.We have used this feedback to informrecent changes and the addition of more services.
We’ve recently added bulky waste and reuse collections to the services on offerand we’d love to understand your experience.
The changes include improvements to the Love Clean Streets app and new website reporting on My Islington, which is the new customer account where you can also access more services like council tax.
Once you have made the report or requested a service, our team will pick it up, deal with it, and we'll notify you once it has been resolved. Registering for this service also means that you can track the progress of your report online.
These changes are part of several improvements we are making to our online services to make your experience better.
Please take our short survey to let us know your thoughts on these changes - we’ll use this feedback to continue to improve things in the future.
