Thank you for your feedback on the changes we have made to online reporting of issues on streets (e.g. overflowing bins, dog fouling), missed rubbish or recycling collections and how you request some rubbish and recycling services, such as bulky waste collections or ordering new containers. We are now reviewing your feedback and will come back to let you know how we will resolve any issues that you have identified.

The recent online improvements include changes to the Love Clean Streets app and new website reporting on My Islington, which is the customer account where you can also access more services like council tax.

These changes are part of several improvements we are making to our online services to make your experience better, and we will use your feedback to help us to continue to improve things in the future.
