We are working in partnership with residents, to provide them with an opportunity to tell us what improvements they want to see and be actively involved in making a positive change to their communities and neighbourhoods.

Current stage
We are pleased to let you know that we have appointed the contractor to deliver the landscape improvement works at Rowstock Gardens / Camden Estate, and works have commenced on site.
Next steps
Works are due to be completed on 30 August.
During the installation phase, Borras Construction Ltd will follow a robust safe system of work to ensure safety of both residents and workers. Despite these measures, we kindly ask that all residents remain vigilant and exercise caution while works are underway.
The work will be carried out in phases, meaning parts of the outdoor space will remain open and accessible throughout the project wherever possible.
