Access guides review outcomes

Based on an online survey, a review of the previous contract and close collaboration between council services, we allocated additional funding to improve the access guides service.

Better quality photos and map services will be secured over the contract period of 3 years (2025-2028). More frequent site visits to the listed venues will take place to ensure that online accessibility guides are up to date. We are also funding adding a number of parks and community venues to the database to make sure that accessibility information is easily available.
