Retrofit Handbook has been adopted

The Retrofit Handbook has been finalised on 25 September 2025, and is now available to view on the council's website.

Responses to the consultation were reviewed and used to inform updates to the handbook before it was published.

Comments are made publicly available in the comprehensive Climate Action SPD Consultation Report available in Documents section of this page. We removed names and personal contact information.
