Transforming your two communal gardens at Loraine Estate

Great news – following voting on 6 December 2025, residents on Loraine Estate have chosen to improve two communal gardens, by developing a play area and creating a new community fun shed with games, books, equipment and a picnic table. The gardens will be developed later in the year.

We would now like to hear your thoughts about what you want these two projects to look like. Please make your voice heard by completing this survey by Friday 20 March 2026.

Two communal gardens have been identified as suitable areas for these improvements. A new keypad to the gates will be added so that everyone on the estate can easily access the improved communal gardens. It will be a secure lock. If you have any concerns about this, or want to suggest other options, please use the free text questions in this survey.

We are also holding a drop-in session on Saturday 7 March between 1 – 3pm at Lorraine Estate community centre. Please come along to share your ideas, concerns or ask us any questions. All ages welcome - we especially want to hear from children and young people who live on Loraine Estate.
