Consultation update September 2026

Thank you to everyone who took part in the recent consultation on the proposed project.

A total of 26 responses to the survey were received and 21 submissions were made by email. While some residents supported the delivery of new homes, most respondents raised concerns about the design proposals in their current form.

Key concerns included the potential loss of green space and trees, impacts on privacy and daylight, increased density, and parking and access issues.

All feedback is being carefully considered and will help shape the next stage of the project as the proposals continue to be refined. Updated FAQs will be shared in Autumn 2026.
