Completed a full Environmental Visual Audit in May 2026 and have been collating feedback from those who attended. Some quick wins have been completed and we are in the process of identifying funding and checking feasibility of the recommendations. We have put several recommendations forward for the Making it Happen funding and we will be arranging a residents meeting to discuss progress and consult on priorities. The report can be found in the documents section on the right hand side of the Let's Talk page.
Secured an extension to a Closure Order at an address on Annesley Walk, whilst tenancy seek possession of the property.
Conducted two interviews linked to problematic addresses on the estate.
Other ongoing work to tackle several other problematic addresses on the estate that have been raised by residents.
Regular patrols targeting hot spot locations highlighted through reports – Girdlestone Walk steps/slope and Salisbury Walk.
Site visit completed with the concierge team to look at locations for temporary CCTV on the estate, which I applied for in early 2026. Letters will be sent shortly with an installation date.
