Our proposal to create a loading bay on Essex Road
Islington Council is proposing to create a loading bay on Essex Road, located outside the mini supermarket near the junction with Church Road. This loading bay would be operational during specific times to facilitate deliveries to the store.
To accommodate this, approximately five pay by phone parking spaces will be removed located outside 311-319 Essex Road and would be converted into a time-limited loading bay. The proposed operating hours for the loading bay are:
Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am to 6.30pm
Saturdays: 8.30am to 1.30pm
At other times the bay would have no restrictions.
