We will engage with residents and businesses to:

• Understand the level of support from residents and ground-floor businesses for the proposed improvements
• Identify any potential issues or unintended impacts arising from the proposals
• Gather practical suggestions that could improve safety, usability or maintenance
• Ensure residents and businesses understand the scope of the project, its limitations and anticipated timescales

An update will be provided based on the findings of the engagement
