Survey: Improvements to Bredgar Road, Hargrave Park, and Bickerton Road

We'd like to hear from you about our proposals to improve the School Streets at Bredgar Road and Hargrave Park and the western part of Bickerton Road. 

Our aim is to make the streets safer, healthier, and more welcoming for all. We are proposing changes to:

• Make it easier and safer for everyone to walk, wheel, cycle and scoot, particularly for children and families using the school and nursery.
• Reduce road danger and encourage slower driving on these streets.
• Make the area greener and more attractive by introducing more trees and planting, which will also help to create cooler spaces during summer and help manage flood risk.

Over time we have heard concerns from you about fast traffic on these roads and that more space is needed for people dropping off and picking up children from school and nursery. The proposals we are sharing have been shaped by this feedback from local people.
